  1. Siapkan bahan setelah tempe di sangrai kering lalu blender hgg halus ayak kalau ada yg kasar blender lagi sisihkan.





  2. Campur tepung ketan putih +air aduk2 hgg tidak ada yang bergeridil lalu masak dng api kecil hgg seperti sleme angkat panci sisihkan.





  3. Setelah dingin masukkan madu lalu tempe bubuk aduk2 lalu cabe bubuk saus sambal aduk2 garam kasar 1/2 sdt aduk rata tes rasa.





  4. Ambil jar kaca atau toples kaca yg udah di steril/ redam air panas keringkan lalu masukkan gochujang tadi taburi garam kasar tutup lalu taruh di tempat yg kena sinar matahari fermentasi 3 hari lalu setelah 3 hari masukkan ke dalam kulkas.
